1. Who we are

Vendix Designs is a design, web and digital marketing studio based in Romania, and the data controller for the data described here. You can reach us at info@vendixdesigns.com or on WhatsApp at +40 728 596 410.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the services you choose, the message you write, the page language, and the date and time you accepted this policy.
• Project questionnaire: the same contact details plus the services you choose, your answers about your project, budget and timing, and, if you came from the Brand Lab, the name, style and colors you picked there.
• Direct messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or Facebook.
• Technical data: our hosting server automatically records basic access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.
• Preferences on your device: the site remembers your chosen theme (light or dark), your language, an unsent questionnaire draft and your Brand Lab choices in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or profiling on this website.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your request and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To carry out a project you order — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep accounting and tax records for clients — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To protect the website against abuse and keep it running — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who receives your data

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, under data processing terms:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form and questionnaire messages to our mailbox.
• Hostinger — hosts the website and its server logs.
• Our email provider — stores the messages we receive and send.
• WhatsApp / Meta — only if you choose to contact us there.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Requests and messages that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Client project and billing records: for as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires.
• Server access logs: for a limited period set by our hosting provider, then deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it).

To use any of these rights, write to info@vendixdesigns.com. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

8. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers, the contact form is protected against spam, and access to the data we receive is limited to the people who need it to help you.

9. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
